New game settings

New game settings in start server

Now We have 6 settings:

object type - kills/time/rounds
object numbers - 40kills/5mins/5 rounds
join in game - able/unable
respawn - 3secs
camera - 1st person/3rd view
weapons - all/knife...

I suggest 7 setting hitbox
hitbox - full body/only head/1 shot kill

full body - normal hitbox
only head - You can kill only with headshot
1 shot kill - You kill 1 shot

small suggestions:
-Bit reduce spawn protection (1 sec less)

-Map research facility. Plz delate or change on normal box
