New Server For Brazilians?

Everyone that plays Crossfire knows about BR's running around everywhere with pings exceeding 150, you know, the annoying people that Q.Q whenever they die. Well, today I reached my threshold of tolerance of them. They use lag to their advantage, and generally just annoy players. My proposal is this, a new server, or altogether a different game for BR's, which have pretty much killed Crossfire, I myself have been ready to quit because of them, and the only reason I falter in quitting, is the amount of money I have put into this game. Because of BR's most people have quit Crossfire, and more and more of the community dies everyday with them. Crossfire is a great game, with lots of potential, but BR's bring down the community and most peoples enjoyment of the game.
