Z8 Needs A Banned List

It's pretty simple. It starts pointless flame threads from everyone who ever got killed by someone on the list. It also becomes a monster to maintain such a list. Especially if there are hundreds of accounts banned a week out of the thousands created. Then there's the matter of being fair. Not all bans are for cheating, and not all bans are permanent. You damage someone's reputation, because people will think they cheated when they might just have done a survey from an unscrupulous third party that refused to pay.
