Can't play CF

Hello,

I don't know why but,I can't play cf.I started the game but,after 5 sec,cf doesn't start,why ?.I folloing all instruction for installing the game correctly.

remove ur virus protection. i delete mine so now i don't have anti virus and my game is smooth. i get 12ping everygame

Are you saying that you don't have an anti-virus program?
