Why this sites are still opened?

This is the first hacker i've seen talking. He explained me that he scammed that account and hacked with it (reported for a good cause). NOw i ask to GM and MODs. Why sites like the one nominated in this SS are still open?

And i also ask: why if i pay ZP and i hack,i can't get permabanned? It's unfair.

    Some sites are harder to take down than others.
    We obviously can't discuss any plans on actions in effect regarding that, as it'd be stupid as hell to give anyone an advantage.


    ZP is not taken in to account when deciding whether or not to permanently ban someone. The offense is the only thing that matters.

    Reported cheaters cheating are permanently banned.
    Glitchers, harassment etc is temporary.
    Cheaters caught by the AUTOMATIC system is temporarily banned for a week, but instantly banned again and again if they run the cheat.
    This to avoid locking scammed accounts etc.

    As Dot sayd, ZP has nothing to do when they discuss hacking. NON ZP Buyers rights = ZP buyers rights.

    Ok,for the Zp thing a lot of people told me that buying ZP-> Not permanent.
