Why not lawsuitting cheat sites?
Well, an option for z8 to stop the hackers would be lawsuitting those sites who offer cheats for the game, with the excuse of "copyright break" of the game, also, they could put in the agreement contract that if the player is caught by a GM using illegal programs they will be banned and they cannot sue z8 for that.
So, you're thinking, "oh the site owners can just abandon the site so they will not get caught" so, if they're not caught, at least close his site and impess his IP/email/mac address to create another domain osted at that server.
i would recommend suing the domains who keep the cheat forums online, so, they'll be obligated to close all the cheats sites.
this will keep the hacking at bay because people cannot efficiently spread the malicious program.

Great idea, idk if they can do that. But i don't see any reasons why they can't. +1
it's on the agreement contract, messing up with the game's files will result in a ban, eventually, they could ban everyone who uses altered killmarks, but this kind of mod isn't bad to the gameplay, it's actually good, so, they let us do that, even if it's on the agreement contract that we couldn't.

have you ever played CA? (any version) The community is so paranoid about hackers that they kick everyone who's above 10 kills or do a double kill...
but we cannot blame them, their game was simply the most hacked game in the ffps history

Yes actually lol, ive played CA many many times. It fails due to the hacking problem, i watch my brother play sometimes and he uses hacks it's probably the easiest game ever to hack o_o
And he can see over half the other plays hacking as well cause there following people threw walls :rolleyes: So Yeah it does suck, but if we leave CF to get more and more hackers causing the community to get more and more paranoid then the game will fail like CA -

the only difference is, CF got one of the best reporting methods ever, it's just easy as pressing two buttons then uploading the file to Z8, done, you just banned one hack, we cna help z8 with a temporary sollution, reporting, while they're working on the next patch...
also, give your brother a punch in the face, and tell him to do not cheat, only losers cheat >.> -

Haha nah he only cheats cause he doesn't take the game seriously and it's the only way to play evenly seeing everyone else is hacking. And yeah but no perm bans apparently? Or IP bans? -

perm bans are issued to confirmed hacking reports, also, ip bans have no effect on the dynamic ip systems (the one BR's actually use now), so it's not as effective as it could be
internet provider account ban would be cool tough :] -

but spending money on the vip would cause 'em to lose their rights since they're breaking the agreement contract rules about cheating AND the copyright of the game "since they modded the files to achieve the cheat", so z8 has nothing to fear about cheaters, also, they can even have profile while suing people who cheated on the game! -

we need to wanr Z8games that they can change the contract, they can ban those cheaters without previous warning, they can permaban them, they can close cheating sites, they can ban and sue those who hack the game!

discovered that most of the cheating sites run on 3rd part domains, so they have administrators on those domains who can ban and deactivate those sites, they just need a good reason to do so... -

Problem is, would a lawsuit be effective against hacking sites run by BR's? Because while hacking is illegal in the US and the UK, it isn't in Brazil. Wouldn't the Brazilian government make the lawsuit "invalid" because laws are very much different from countries?

they can not lawsuit hacking sites onless they steal from z8 what do i mean with steal zp hack gp hack or any such thing then z8 can sent them forward in court but now they cant do nything but trying to patch the hacks -
