I had 0.3 kdr when I started.maybe not, when i started playing my KDR was like .9
now its 1.6
People that have BAD KD's because they just started playing might turn into great players.
Now I have 1.4
and I consider myself atleast decent. -

I still consider myself more of a team guy not someone that will clutchI had 0.3 kdr when I started.
Now I have 1.4
and I consider myself atleast decent.
I will clutch only when I can't do anything else
My KDR being 0,65 everyone considers me a noob
I consider myself average -

a theory:
Are the female characters hitboxes smaller.
or the males larger.
GET AT ME
Considering the male characters have been around the longest, and are the default, it would be that we are arguing whether or not the female character hitboxes are smaller, and not that the males are larger. -
Uh no.And technically you hit what you see, and what you see is smaller. Enough said.
Actually, you shoot at what you see, but technically, you can hit what you don't see. The system only cares about whether your bullet hits the invisible hitboxes. -
You, threadstarter, are an idiot.
Think about the setup of your experiment.
Both the SPOP and GSG9 characters are as close to the box to their left as possible, as it states in the video.
But, becasue the SPOP is physically smaller, it fits closer to the box. This is painfully obvious in the video becasue the GSG9 character sticks out more...
Therefore, the SPOP's hitbox also reaches further to the left than the GSG9's, because the center of the hitbox (or of the character) is also further to the left than the GSG9's.
So what you or the videomaker has interpreted as the ''difference'' between the characters hitboxes, is in reality only the difference of how close they can get to the boxes to their left.
There is no reliable way to test your theory.
If Saidin says that the hitboxes are the same, then they are the same.
Making these videos is a waste of your own and others time.
You have proved nothing.

the models are just pixels, it's for your eyes only. might as well ignore the pixels.
It's really the hitboxes that are against the boxes. and one is hitbox is clearly smaller because only one died.I would like to point something out.. If you checked the comments on the youtube page you may have noticed someone saying that the hitboxes are the same because in h4x videos the 3D boxes around the characters are similar. I must say that it does not mean that the hitboxes are the same since the 3D boxes are around the model and not around the hitbox itself. Also, for those who are dumb enough to say that SPOP is only a psychologial advantage i must ask if you shot what you see or you shot around what you see? Differences between female and male characters are clearly noticeable and SPOP is, without doubt for me, an advantage, no matter how big how small the hitboxes are.
that hack is just a rectangle. the head is inside the rectangle. but is a lot smaller hitbox than the body. so ignore that utube comment -

He died because the AWM can't kill 2 people with full HP without hs in 1 shot
If it was the Barrett they would both be dead
Saidin says it's the same so it is -

the awm kills 2 people with 1 bullet 100 damage every time.
saidin doesn't make this game. he relays information to us that devs give to him. (which they don't give all info)
saidin also said grenade launchers would never be in this game, and we all know how that turned out. -

WOW. It doesn't matter if it kills with 1 shot, the testers would have noticed the character taking damage. If you didn't notice they were talking the whole time. -
i think only real way to prove this would be to have someone open up the rez file pertaining to hit boxes and find the line for spop and compare it to swat and others
but since tampering with rez files is against the rules doing so would result in a ban while unvailing the truth -

Incorrect. The hitbox does not define how close the pixels can get to the box. The pixels do. -

the hitboxes ARE the same, and even if they'er not, they're almost 2mm in difference on your screen. If you complain about 2mm, i bet you're one of those QQing noobs.
You sir , are an idiot. Of course the hit boxes cannot be the same, one char is smaller than the other. Ever shot next to a Spop and still got a kill? Nope, because its hit box is smaller than gsg9 or other male chars.
Programming skills or not, you gotta be a ret.ard to say the size ( hitbox, whatever) of the two chars is the same.
the video just proves a point. if it looks smaller and harder to hit, it probably is, so stop being ***in smart-asses.
its for ZP, what do you expect....no advantage? Damn those shemale users. -

The hitboxes easily could be the same. It'd be easier to just copypaste hitbox code and slap a model in it and boom, insta-new character. Shortcuts like this happen in most games.
Just because the visible model is not the same size, doesn't mean the hitbox can't either.
Have you ever played Quake Live or War§ow or Unreal Tournament or -any- other DM type game? Characters can range from random shapes (a giant eye) and big guys to tiny thin girls. Guess what? The hit box for every single character is still exactly the same. -
? that doesn't prove anything. he's not even shooting in the same spot nor is his first target in the same spot as the second target.. rofl.. what an aweful video.Hk_0v3rKiLL wrote: »Incorrect. The hitbox does not define how close the pixels can get to the box. The pixels do.
no, it's the hitbox. it detects bullets just like it detects walls. why do you think pixeled body parts go through thin walls and you can see them on the other side?SooperPickle wrote: »The only thing I laughed at in this thread was deagle-camo being called a scrub gun
yeah forumers on this forum aren't intelligent enough to make a decision if a gun is scrub or not. they wait for the better players to decide then follow what they say, not test it themselves. DEC is scrub. The hitboxes easily could be the same.
yeah, but they aren't, clearly. -
This is just turning into a flame war... people want to bleieve that its smaller and nothing people will say will convince them otherwise...
That video proves nothing... no matter what people say the test was weak...
Thread over... theres nothing more to say
