in most of the server now, ther is traine 0/0 called like ImMark, ImJoe... and they spam website to get hack and saying thats 100% working. Seems that they got unlimited spam and they dont got block chat. And they ther 24/24 spaming the same think. I would like to know wdf are thos ppls?

They are nobody. They are accounts made for the purpose of advertising a site that probably have malicious content. Another word would be they are bots. People set them up, run a macro, and leave. Stop worrying.
