Unable to rejoin game

Whenever I leave a game to go into storage and put other weapons into my bags, and I want to rejoin... it gets stuck at half of the loading bar with the message ''Connection has been delayed''.

I know that this has to do with my connection and/or settings with ports/firewall/etc.
since I did a full reinstall of my windows.
So don't say things like ''reinstall your OS'' or ''try to redownload/reinstall the game'' AS THIS HAS NOTHING TO DO ON THE SUBJECT!!!

My question: How can I get rid of the ''Connection has been delayed'' error when rejoining a room?
