Seriously??

I recently made a clan where I take only pro's but every 8/10 person says: German???? then they start to talk some strange things on german and I say.. No its not german clan -.-.. Or they immediatly ask the rank?????? I think those are 2 things that dont rly matter. Why they cant play with people that speak english. Is it kinda racist? or they only want to be with german people and not communicate with anyone other.
Its hard to get them in to clan and I would want more of them in my clan because my clan has only people from all over europe expect German and my clan is International And if I manage to get a german guy in clan. He leaves in 1-3days and says.. Sorry im in rank [5] clan or im in german clan..

I think they should have own German CrossFire because I think that 60%~of players are only german and speak only german.. Since Russians have own CrossFire why wouldnt Germans have too?
Because i really hate clanhoppers..

Clan rank: The bigger the clan rank is, and the smaller level you are, the less you get respect or noticed in the clan - Its the truth... Ive been in many 100-rank clans and in every clan they didnt want to do Scrims or even talk with me. I have always been preferring 1000rank+ clans because thats the place where you find real gaming friends .

1. Example.
- 2 days ago I managed to get 8 people in my clan 6/8 were all 2nd LT or over.
-yesterday 7 of them left my clan..?
- Why they waste mine time and their time if they are not there to stay.

+ if someone is really interested in fun and respectful clan - I wish they would check this
