Quick! Help me with spyware!

I am trying to fix my neighbor's computer right now, I stopped the process of the "useless" anti-virus that blocks everything from opening up, so what is my next step? Download and use avast or buy another subscription of McAfee? My neighbor doesn't want to pay to get his comp fixed!

And if necessary combo fix

both are free btw

I've done this before...

Restart your computer.

When it's loading all apps... QUICKLY OPEN up your task manager before your spyware is initiated.

On your task manager, disable/close the spyware... this way, you'll be freed from the virus disabling other apps like Spyware Doctor. You can now get rid of it (anti-virus, or any methods) without the spyware's resistance.

That's how I delt with the Security Tool spyware.
