The game was just born. There were only basic weapons, characters, maps, modes. The game was simpler. If simpler is better then yeah...it was better.

ive played since closed beta so i know what im talking about....
Suba's CF was much simplier and easy to play, while z8's CF is more complex with more maps/weps/chars... ETC....
Overall i'd say minus the hacks, z8 is better
Trust me... im a doctor.

Theories obviously.

You'd say "Subas" CF was better than Z8s, but you're then assuming that the "Suba" CF would never evolve in to something with the slightest resemblance to this.
A moronic assumption, to say the least.

The switch, to me, didn't change anything.
The game developed as planned, the same people are working on it.

Pity on the karma system but I'll live.

Suba's CF didn't have dribbling kids QQ'ing about overpowered Scar Lights. Back then, the gun was just considered top tier, with the AK being slightly favored due to higher damage.

Then, ever since WOGL decided to block the SL, it became "scrub light", and everyone goes nuts if you kill them with it, a m12, a thompson or a Kriss...

Anyway, this is an online video game. Games are supposed to be played for fun, not to become popular with people you will never meet in real life.

Yea i loved the old scar light i remember when i 1st saw the gun the cool sound it made MADE it a must have and i loved the huge THUNDER sound the awm made it was quite epic. Also i had a tendency to follow people with them cool orange glasses XD good times

With someone with your post count and veteran experience i would have thought you would have known the rules by now. But also, it could have counted as spam. ^..^ Your quite welcome.

Also, since I was not here during the true Suba years during the CB, mind filling us in on what exactly made that era of CF different? Besides player count.

We simply cannot have these types of threads here. I agree the game was better without all the obnoxious ZP items or the silly game modes and maps but if a game doesn't make money then it can't survive barring exceptional titles like *whatever game you know of that I don't*.

You know how I feel about all this, but you're beating a dead horse.
