Thanks for quick Unbanning of my account

Yesterday afternoon 14.00 Est i was banned for 1 week from crossfire. After sending support ticket protesting my innocence and asking couple mods for help 3hours later i received this reply from customer support

"Hello,

We have been investigating a recent wave of hacking involving Hero Mode. During the course of this investigation your account became flagged for potentially malicious activity.

Since then we have made some adjustments to how our system works and have determined that your account is no longer involved in this case.
We have removed the log of this block. If this block caused the loss of your Honorable Soldier ribbon, it will be restored.

If you have further questions regarding this issue you can contact us. Thanks for your patience and understanding while we work to improve the quality of the game."

So firstly i would like to thank the mods I pm'd if they helped by informing GM's etc. and that i received such a quick response .

Also thanks to couple of people in CF Forumers clan who gave some good advice and sympathy.

On the subject of hero mode. I played it twice yesterday before i logged off and then received ban my highest score was around 125/8 Nothing understanding considering i possess RPK gold 120/360 with damage reduction etc. So if because of that caused me a ban. It shouold seriously be looked into that this can't happen again. I am a bit paranoid now of doing well in hero mode in case it history repaeats itself.

Would like to also point out that my forum account is still banned it just says account blocked contact customer support at 001.........etc.

This is a bit disappointing as it seems they accept they made a mistake but have still not fully reinstated my account. Guess because its the weekend but nevertheless its a tough price for me to pay for being innocent.With all my temp ZP items ticking away being unable to use them.

The positive from this is at least it shows Z8 are trying to clean game up and i commend them for that. Just hope now that the system will be better equipt in the future to avoid banning innocent people.

  • He doesn't hack, he's just EXTREMELY good at MM.
  • my previous account was also banned for 1 week but after the end of the week they said that my account was for ever banned because they found that i was haking...although i was not...i wsa so ****ed guys...however ther are some that are lucky..:P

    O.T> I have no idea why. When my account was reinstated my honourable ribbon was still there. Now i looked yesterday and its gone again . I've sent support ticket,pm's and added comment to my original thread and no reply.

    I am a bit disppointed in this lack of information from z8.
