Im so sick of it z8!!

U f******g need to sort your support out!!!
I sent a reply to get a password back! I sent the information i was told to by gillgletron the security question and account creation date i got told that was enough!! But no!!

They say " the account creation date is correct however the rest isnt!"
but inprevious tickets it told me the security asnwer was!!!

So there both right but! Yet no information for me!!!

Im from england!! and the support is absoutley terrible!!! 2 pieces of proof that a SO CALLED MOD!!! TOLD ME TO GIVE AND NO THEY SAY ONLY 1 IS CORRECT B******T I MAKE THE ACCOUNT AND I NOW!!!

Surely if you know your security question, you can just change your password anyways, right?

Nope i changed the email to it year ago when i quit but problem is i fiorgot password to it the email

Z8 HAVE your information... if they say its wrong... its wrong. It isnt in their database.. so you gotta work out what you put down...

OMFG LOL IN A EARLIER TICKET THEY SAID SECURITY WAS RIGHT OK! U GET THAT! AND ALSO I PUT IN THE CREASTION DATE! THEY REPLY SEC ANS IS CORRECT BUT ALL OTHER ISNT!

IN THIS TICKET I GIVE EXACT SAME INFO AND TELL ME THE CREATION DATE IS CORRECT BUT SEC ANSWER ISNT! WORK THAT ONE OUT

So thats it! no1 has a solution? giggletron can i send u to screen shots of diff tickets 1 them saying the creation is correct and the other saying sec answer is correct and u will see the info i put is the same on both?

Not going to happen. They will put a new password and give it to you, never give you the existing password.

Besides this headache is just them protecting your password from people trying to scam the support to steal it, so don't complain. Just proof them you really are the owner and they will support you.
