Bought 25 guns but no ribbon

:pI bought 25 guns to get that ribbon. Spent all the money but got no RIBBON. Could someone please check this out for me, please. Thank you for your time with this matter.

Same problem with ribbon of elite, earned elite b1 48 hours ago and still don't have the ribbon.

Wait 24-48 hours then send in a support ticket.
Ribbons don't come instantly.
