Leetness Ribbons?

I'm curious to know., how come i have NOT receive my 'BOW TO MY LEETNESS' RIBBON.

i got my elite grade b badge in-game, and i waited 3days more, and it still DID NOT
show up on my web badge list.

anyone else having this problem?

or what i need to do?
