My honorable soldier ribbon has been removed why???
I was never banned for any reason...
I had 12 ribbons now I have 11...

who dont need to be banned if your acc has been investigated you will lose it too

(Probably) you've been banned on da forums for spamming or you acc has been investigated due to scores and kill streaks in HM, for example..

I play a lot in HM and its true i make a lot of kills bcuzz I have the guns to do it.
And if they investigate my acc and find nothing my ribbon will be be there again?
I sent a Support Ticket but I didnt recived any feedback.
And i was never banned in the forum for spaming.
Srry for my mistakes but i dont know very well English...

This is the feedback from the Support ticket:
"Hello,

We are glad that you do love the ribbon. However there will be nothing we can do about your block logs and the status of the ribbon. We won't ban anyone without sufficient evidence. We want people to play legitimately; there is nothing further we can do for you with this ribbon.

Sorry about the inconvenience."

What means this message? That my ribbon will not restaured?
I didn't understand a word of this message? What did they said that i was banned? Or what???

This means: do not bother us, we have our problems eg. who today goes for coffee and cakes;
they sent me exactly the same response (they have already prepared a standard response and only copy-paste)
see - this is CrossFire Support - did not even read what you send to them
