Please Fix the Hacker Problem in this game!

My friend tested out the pub hack going around, and got banned



for 3 hours. He logged in, it said he was blocked. He logged into the site and it said he was banned for hacking. A 3 hour ban for hacking? What is this, I dont even.

they know how to please the ppl who play this game. dont they?
we ask for permanent auto-ban or at least 30 days and
they lower it to 3 hours.
come on, if some1 get a unfair ban he willl send a support ticked
and he proves that he wasnt hacking he will be unbanned and get his hon ribbon back.
