A server without hackers? But how?
There should be a sever that has an extremely high rank requirement on it. Therefore, smiles and low rankers( the hackers that create fake/new accounts) will not be able to enter it. This enables YOU (the player) to enjoy a server in which a large majority of THEM (the hackers) are cut out.
This idea is a good one, because it allows you to simply go to an area that it extremely difficult for hackers to reach before they get banned away and have to create a new account again. It's like they can see this server on the top of a high cliff, but they can never reach it without slipping and falling back down to the bottom again.
As for the level of rank you need to be to enter this server - You decide
Obvious problems require obvious solutions so there you have it.

where the hell do people keep getting this crazy a$$ idea that only low ranks hack??? Listen, rank doesn't matter in this game, there are just as many low rank hackers as there are high rank hackers -

I think what hes trying to say is that the hacker would get banned before he gets to a high rank, assuming the hacker getting from trainee to 1st LT from hacking every game would be impossible...

About topic..Love the idea. Butter bar should be the rank req atleast.
