Do they ever reply?
I submitted a support ticket regarding a problems with the ribbons on my character profile page yesterday and was wondering how long does it take for Z8 to get back to you? I remember submitting a ticket quite long ago and never got any support or even a reply what so ever. So how long should I wait afta submitting a support ticket?
