Let's make an official hall of shame !!!

Given the abnormal amount of cheaters with hacks I suggest we make an official hall of shame that displays in public profile all cheaters, just like player and clan stats are displayed on the profile. In the profile it should say "CHEATER" to each found cheating. Also, all his ribbons should be removed and replaced with THE CHEATER ribbon.

When entering maps, players would see the profile and not join cheater maps or kick them more often.
