Fraps sound

I need it to be Digital input not audio. It keeps recording my mic instead of in game.
Anybody know what's up?

go to your sound properties and try to turn off your mic like uncheck the box so it doesn't even appear on properties

I have the mic muted in that. That's not the problem. My problem is, is that my mic is hd audio, when my in game is hd digital. And I can mess with the propterties a bit, and I can record some in game sound but it sounds REALLY weird.
