Let's bring the big cartridges!
Hello my friends, i'm here to bring you another suggestion, this time a joke one, so, don't take this as a serious suggestion ;P
.50 Beowulf Carbine
From the left to the right: 5.56x45mm (m4a1/m16/scar light), beowulf cartridges (both)
What's an .50 Beowulf carbine?
A: It's a modified ar-15 (could be a modified m16 too) that shoots .50 beowulf cartridges.
What's a .50 beowulf cartridge and what's the it's difference with the other cartridges?
A: The .50 Beowulf cartridge is a powerful rifle cartridge designed by alexander arms.
It shoots a .50 caliber bullet, and it is more powerful than the .50AE (a.k.a. DE's ammo)
Here's a video demonstrating the power of this modified carbine.
Stats:
Power: 2 hit kill to the body and arms, 3 for the legs, 1 to the head, the body damage can drop with distance to a 3 hit kill.
Accuracy:Same as the m16
Automatic: 0 (it'll be a semi-automatic)
Recoil: Same as the desert eagle.
Weight: a little lighter than the m4a1.
Ammo count: 10/50

So, this weapon will have a slightly slower reload than the m4a1, but, a faster pull out, it will be a very powerfull weapon with great accuracy, but it has a large power drop at distance because of it's bullet shape, designed to do damage, not to fly.
It'll be a semi-automatic weapon with relatively high recoil, low ammo count (to do not generate an ultra omfgwtfbbq OP weapon, altough it already is being a 2 hit kill at closer ranges,) and a slower reload, designed for CQC situations, it's RoF altough will be a little faster than the desert eagle, even with the bigger recoil, it got a stock to aid the high power of the cartridge.

If we're going for big rounds then why not the .577 Tyrannosaur shown here either side of the .308 winchester (note the .308 winchester round is the non-military version of the 7.62x51mm round which is bigger than the standard m4/scar 5.56mm)
or maybe the .700 Nitro Express shown here next to a shotgun shell
The .700 can be shot by this revolver.
I'm thinking 1 shot kill anywhere, with a ridiculous recoil, long time between shots and a reload time of forever. Purely a 1v1 bragging rights gun.
Or your idea, whatever.

there's a reason they don't use those rounds in modern days, they have too many drawbacks against the good points that they offer, contrary of the situation of the .50 beowulf ^^ -

Meh, if this was supposed to a serious modern fps game they wouldn't have put in dual uzi'd/desperado's/winchester and crazy hat's/backpacks etc. Hell hand-held miniguns don't even exist!
It would be hilariously fun to use imo, you could even put the ringing noise in like the flashbang grenade has due to the massive gunpowder explosion. -
