Its the kids under age 18 that are most of the problem. Immature.

Well the thing is, there are no game modes where K/D isn't important. SnD is soso, everyone would rather go for kills than plant the bomb, or if it is planted, they leave it to search for enemies and it gets defused (In pubs).
