I just got a M4-C-C
And I only had 19 ribbons...
I'm so confused

It's been clarified previously.

The "Military Intelligence" Ribbon was taken out, obviously. And you cannot get it anymore, but those who had it previously still have it in some shape or form. Though it's not a visible ribbon, it still counts as a ribbon, and if you have 19 ribbons, that invisible ribbon counts as 20, therefore you have an M4-CC from it.

I heard that if you had millitary intellegence before it got removed its still there just "invisible"

But i dont know that for a fact.

I've had 19 ribbons with 'invisible military intelligence' since the release of the army of one ribbon.

Your saying it took 3 weeks for the profile page to update and give me another ribbon?

I've had 19 ribbons as well. It suddenly happened to me as well, but that's the only logical answer I could find, unless they changed it so that you only need 19, and the 20th is the "My Ribbons are Made of Crystal" ribbon. That could be another logical situation.
