Ribbons for the new players

Hey, I am a new member of the CrossFire community, and I would like to know if I'm gonna be able to gain past ribbons ( Sniper Week, Hero Mode etc ) in the future.

Some are once in a lifetime experiences.
But they might bring back sniper week again in like december and the xmas ribbons you can prbly get near xmas.
My advice forget about past ones and try to get the new ones.
