Is putting a crosshair in a sniper allowed?
Or is it cheating?

Do you mean drawing it on a computer screen? if so i dont think its cheating because its not an illegal program so i think its allowed.

Adding one into the game is cheating, as you are altering how the game is suppose to be played.

Often people put a sticker in the middle of the monitor to help them.

zoomless shots go random, not just one spot like C 1.6.

besides, changing crossfire in-game would require some programming skills and would be game client alteration.

Sticker, or drawing on ur screen... not cheating, But Sux

I mean, am I supposed to buy a new screen for each activity? (1 for gaming, 1 for movies, etc)

and btw, most snipers aren't really accurate without the zoom-in mode (at least not while u move)

so that won't really help :S

It doesn't seem like such a good idea to me though, unless you REALLY wanna make a bunch of no-scope shots.

But it doesn't seem like cheating if you mark it on your screen although I wouldn't do it.
