I saw on My Profile I have 20 Ribbons But I Didn't saw the M4A1 Custom -Crystal At Weapons Owned Must I wait 24 hours or is this a bug ?

  I believe it's 24-48 hours. I think you must first receive the 21st ribbon, "My ribbons are made of crystal". So just wait.
