Kick in MM Hero Mode and FFA

As popeye has said, there have been many threads about this, and theres no way this could be done because it has been thought that there won't be a game where kicks won't happen if this gets implemented into these modes. For example, a noob could simple kick the ace and since other people are chasing after it, they may accept. It will get really unfair for people who play "legit." Although it will get rid of the hacking problem, it will create new problems. That, I am 100% sure about
