You can always purchase a UGC card from PlaySpan from the UK. Other then that, I would probably go to a gaming shop [if not a BlockBuster, or some sort of game store] and ask them if they have one. If you need a UGC card code to gift, you can use your credit card to buy a code, and then use that code to gift it.

PlaySpan is a survey provider / partner of Z8Games [playspan.com]. If you're desperate, you can do surveys. It's just like doing CF surveys. It's gotten harder since I've done them [I used to get 80k GP daily, until they made it very hard to do].
