FOR GM of CROSSFIRE

Dear GM,
You guys are unexpected GM. You put technical support that you can't answer all the problems of players. You guys are not same with other GM in other online games, you know why, your team are not supportive or concern to people are in trouble. My last game I played was Aruarose. The GM in that game are supportive. They always concentrate in people who are in trouble. They always answer dose question whether its good or not. GM in my old game they say sorry I don't know what is that or sorry I'm busy. Fortunately the other players help us to solve our problems. Every day they check all the technical support and they never stop until they red it. So I think this are quality you down have GM.
