Why isnt Z8 banning obvious hak.s

I am talking about a specific player that i had saved replays on and have reported thru support the proper way and he was stupid enough to add me to his friends list so i can see every time i log=in that he hasnt been banned period...in the replay he tells every1 he has a hak so dont sit here and tell me some other bull****...i sent in 4 replays on this guy over 16 days. and he is still playing...now go fa.rt. out another excuse..once again maybe support is just UNDERSTAFFED
But i got a better idea lets be like u whining mo.fos that want to protect the haks...stop sending in any reports and let the haks compoletely infest and take over cf...would that make u happy

oh well i am done w/ it just another person that was spending monry w/; z8 that wont anymore...if they dont care about losing my money i dont care to spend w/ them anymore...and as someone else stated zp buys keep this game going period.And i feel like a idiot because of the countless hrs i have spent reporting only to find out they r deleting my tickets and there is a z8 mod as well on youtube video hakn

If that is true and z8 isnt gonna ban the haks then remove the kick vote in-game and remove the haking report tickets in support so paying customers like myself dont waste their time trying to help z8 when they could care less about us
