Unwanted Windowed Mode

I didnt bother to take a screen shot...

but the game keeps forcen itself into windowed mode

.....and i have to close/open it a few times b4 it decides it wants to go back to full screen.. (its set to full screen in options ofc...)

im on win7 64 bit

runnin dual montiors both 1280*1024 the game runs at 1024*768 cuz it only has wide screen support for my monitors resolution.

nvidia 9800 gt (1gig)

I did set the game to run in compatibility mode for xp sp3, thinkin that win7 just bein lame...didnt help.

i did google this b4 asking...so ... ye.. (nothing came up...only stuff bout crossfire ati cards lol and..how 2 run in windowed mode)

uhh cant think of any other info u might need...uhh other programs running: winamp/ventrillo/steam/xfire/and my fan speed control for vid card (evga precision) are opened on second monitor. along with mIRC minimized. but these shouldnt effect the game.

I do however here a sound... like the "da ding" you here when u unplug a usb cord. then it goes into windowed mode.


so ye...any help a be great...cuz its pretty damn annoying.
