How to play?

I creat new account, just for fun. Go rookie server, and i see, in evry 2 room is aimbot. Any noob with m16 do 30 kills only headshots and have no deads. Ok, hakers, big problem, but i dont cry, i go UK server.
Labaratory GM, first game, 20-4 (cant better with ***in m16), and kiked, because this nobs think im hak. OK, no problem, i go other room, GM. First round, 4 kills 0 deads..wtf is it? Kiked!!!
I play last 3 hours on SHIP and Labaratory GM and evry room im kiked for hak.

Please, pro gamers, say me how to play. In last 3 hours i have only 300 exp xd I cant play on rookie server, because this nobs hak. And cant play on other server, because this nobs think im hak. How to play! I need f**in skills? (((

    it's simple. just let them kill you from time to time

    If you dont go over 2.0 or 2.5 kdr you probably wont get kicked

    Doing well and playing on a new account people assume your hack. You need to become a higher rank or use your higher rank account and you will get kicked a little less.

    Also dont go to rookie server. I learned that 9 months ago. Hackers with new accounts flock there since most people there probably dont know how to report.

    Remember even hackers like to shoot noobies more than people with skill because they wont die as often.

    So you have seen that lots of rookie hacks, and you know it.

    When so many hackers in the servers, it is easy for others to think of hacker if your score looks too good with a rookie rank. And you know, they might be right 80% of the time. So what to complain with?

    and well, playing gm as GR in pubs is for noobs anyways^^
