I wouldnt mind seeing this for situations where the player has multiple guns. For instance i have 3 winchesters cant do a damn thing to get rid of them and i dont break guns. So +1!
They do need to do something about excess guns won on accident. However I'm mostly talking about the flawed coupon refund system. -
Well I like the idea, but exchanging guns with other people?
I think that would result in a total mess.
But the coupon refund thingy should be a great addition to the game ;].
Total mess or not it's just a game. Years pass away and before you know you are 30-40 years old then you quit gaming. So what then? -
i didnt know there was a refund policy on coupon items until now. i would have definitely used that to my advantage when i wasted coupons on a shovel because i didnt realize i had already won a bunch of 7 day shovels lol. i am in full support of ur idea, excpet the part about trading with other people because then people would make a bunch of alts and use the gp from each one to give all the guns to one account, maybe if it was ip based or if you actually had to give a gun to receive a gun

No, they have talked about this in the WHAT NOT TO SUGGEST thread. This will not be allowed since people in beta used to have NO weapons due to selling it and then they had no option to do anything. -

then simple you make it so you always have to keep at least one of each type of gun on your account (1 sniper and 1 other assult or smg ect.) -
First off I never bought guns with coupons soo really ...my opinion won't matter.
But I'm on that path of getting one...i only have one permanent gun from BM and its AK-camo
...I understand where you getting at at this and its a smart ideal ..a little bit.. but off course its not fully done or well thought out yet...but if can fill in the empty space it would be great. -

Yeah, imagine it's your first time EVER having over 20 coupons, (I had like 70) and it all goes away on a M4Custom you didn't even mean to get. And you don't know about the refund policy until it's too late. I'd like at least 1/3 of my coupons back, wouldn't you? -

yeaa i understand...soo you telling me once you press the "Exchange" button on the coupons area u can't cancel it? o_0 -
Let's say you had 100 coupons, and you bought M4gold instead of the Akgold you really wanted. If you don't send a support ticket within 48 hours (Which a LOT of people don't know about) You're stuck with the M4gold.
So you can understand my frustration, and the need for this. -
I would like the idea if you could trade GP crates for ZP crates with other players, but say like 20-30 GP crates would equal a couple of ZP crates. I think this would open the game up to some f2p players, and could influence some people to buy ZP so they could trade a couple ZP crates for a lot of GP crates (the ones they need)

First of all I'd like to say that I do realize this has already been suggested in different forms, however I have brought it back up because one, Necro posting is bannable, and two this is a very important issues that many people have.
There is already a policy where if you are not satisfied, or simply wish for a refund on your coupon weapon, you can refund it fully by sending in a ticket within 48 hours of the purchase.
However, what if you didn't know about this policy or grow tired of it over time?
I'm suggesting that we have a separate, more efficient policy of where you can refund your gun. Definitely NOT a full refund, but a partial refund that can be done at ANY point and time, just like for regular GP Shop weapons. Possibly something like a refund for something worth less then the original purchase? Or maybe even get back half of the coupons spent on the item.
I have an M4-Custom, and I sent in the ticket about 1-2 days late because I didn't know about this policy until it was too late. And now it's collecting virtual dust in my storage.
YES there is a note somewhere saying that all purchases are final, and are you sure about this purchase, but this would be a great addition to the game.
Alternatively z8 could add an exchange system where you could exchange ZP and GP crate weapons with other personnel all over the world. This idea however, I haven't worked out everything.
Please add constructive criticism/comment.
The refund system is good how it is now. Maybe they should add some info about it in the exchange area, instead of something like 'are you sure about it...' which imo would not make any difference.
But the best thing would be a resell system for permanent guns(ZP and GP crate ones + coupon ones), where you can get half coupons back or at least 33%(and make all permanent crate guns available for coupon exchange). -
