Someone once described the M16A2 as "the next SCAR-Light" to me. I just brushed them off, as I had barely used it and didn't think much of it. However, I just pulled it out for no real reason in a Power Plant TD and went 40/14 with it (keep in mind that I'm normally lucky to make a 1-1.5 KD in pubs). I totally regret having brushed it off before, and I see now why when it first came out people said it should cost more.

it has no recoil. but i still think there are many better rifles. tdm pubs are a bit too easy to test the weapons real potential

The gun is performed the way you perform, it doesnt matter if you think if its good or not its how you use it. I can go 8-0 for 2 rounds just using uzi in alaska.

Didn't hear anyone mention it, but it literally feels exactly the same as the scarL when I play with it. Disgustingly good gun, and IDK why more people don't play with it. Accuracy is a little bad sometimes, but bullet registration is phenomenal. I kill SPOPs easier with this sucker than any other gun.

Hm..I've only used it a few times. Like mentioned above...the sound is kind of a buzz kill. It feels exactly like the M16A1 but with a better spray and 1-2 more damage points. I wouldn't really compare it with the SL :S

i can't never get use too the low recoil weapons. like SL. i can do better with AK. .

I bought it 4-5 weeks ago,never used it. I am lazy to go in storage and put it in bag :S

True. The gun is ugly, but the power/accuracy is a given. I have way better guns (well, from what people say, and they definitely are "cooler") in my storage - M4 Custom, AK Scope, AK Gold - but I hardly use those and stick with the M16A2. It's the perfect gun for me. M4 Custom spray is probably the worst thing ever (though it's pinpoint accurate if you don't spray and a silent killer), AK is too loud for my usage in S&D maps (honestly, someone in A can hear you killing their teammate from B in EagleEyes), though it's powerful. M16A2 is a good balance and I use it in S&D with pretty good results. For TDMs, my AK Gold just owns because I don't care about noise in that mode.

got the a2, amd to me, its just a weaker m4. its damage at short range is awsome, but its damages weaken at longer range. that seem to be the trend with a lots of gun tbh. its better then the reg m16, but far from op.

I've spent so much time collecting guns for ribbons that I haven't really tried them all yet. But now that I read your posts I will pay more atention to my modest collection. TY
Any other sugestions on weapons will be greatly appriciated. I am a big fan of silencers in ghost mode and I still love my M12s in TD. I know people think it a noob gun but I use the stopping power to start from the body and move up to get a head shot. the natural recoil in short burst helps out. The funny thing is all who call it a noob gun are the first to pick it up.
