ok so my computer keeps picking this up in the crossfire folder
Trojan-Downloader.Win32.CodecPack.akxq

explain to me why its ok for you to package a trojan with your game. do you guys fail to understand the legal implications of this? you understand its illegal right?

no im not gonna add it to my exceptions folder. how about you do your jobs and take it out.

Comments

  • It is a known bug. It's actual name is not Trojan-Downloader.Win32.CodecPack.akxq, that is simply its classification. The reason your anti-virus picks it up is because it downloads updates by itself in addition it scans processes thoroughly which some anti-viruses don't like.

Also, be 100% sure it's X-Trap or Crossfire.

Explain to me why youre so gullible as to believe your AV every single time it does something. Do you fail to understand that its a false positive?
