Gun Collector Ribbon Question :)

I have a question about the gun collector ribbons.

What if I buy 15 m9 pistols will I get my gun collector ribbon?

I mean its 15 perm weapons

Can somebody please tell me.

Duplicate items do count excluding your starter weapons and temp as well as melee and grenades.
