Just a quick question involving a weird ribbon error

Under my ribbons it says i have the 'Zp Soldier' ribbon which you get when buying Zp through the deposit page, but i have never bought any Zp and the only Zp i have ever gotten is through surveys, I'm just curious what has caused this error.
