Week ban in 2010 coz i had cheatengine open now it says im stll banned but i can play

Hey i'd be posting this on my main acc but i can't post because im apparently banned until 10/15/2010.. yea this came up today and i was like wtf, i cant buy stuff from the mall or post threads with that account now and everytime i login it says account blocked despite the fact i can play the game... also im writing this on my laptop coz this acc is apparently not allowed to make threads on my pc but i can on my laptop.. dont belive me? Here is proof of their fail..

I think alot of people been patient with this game, hackers.. laggers ect but it's starting to get stupid.. plz fix this for me so i can go buy 50% exp from the mall without it telling me im blocked because i had cheat engine open when i was on crossfire and got a week ban that still seems to be in effect 5 months later despite it being a week ban, despite the fact i can play and despite the fact having cheat engine open isnt enough to ban some1
