Lagging issue

Just recently I've been lagging so badly, fps wise. (ping as well, but thats a diff story)
It was never like this. Normally, I have 80+ fps in an 8v8 match, but now I have 20-40 fps. I dont' really know what the problem is...
My fps in fine and stays the same with other games
Just CF.

I could update my graphics card but it says there are no new updates..

also another weird thing, when i aim for get close to another player my fps decreases badly

I know i wont get many reply since this is the technical section
but meh
