The Big Debate! ~Gamebooster~ *NEW*
Hey guys. I am here today, to make a debate for all you peeps that have/had used Gamebooster v2/2.3.
Please post if you liked it, or disliked it.
And please provide us with a rating and a suggestion or opinion.
Personally for me, I liked it at first.
But like a week after I used it, it started lowering my fps from about 80 to 24?
It's been a big pain in the ass, and I wanted to portray how it affected my gameplay.
For example, everything would get so laggy and I would get a lot of kills, but when I try 360 knifing, it's impossible to kill them. Or when i'm using a silenced weapon, fps lag is a big FAIL for me.

i used game booster once - i do not have really bad fps or lag but i thought why not try it? if it improves my game play then great! But it made no effect on my fps or anything :S my normal fps can be anything between 40 - 100 some days its good some days its bad and i dunno why xD but for me seems it had no effect i would rate it a 0... but i dont know how it works for other peoples comps so my vote shouldnt really count.

I use it altho I don't really need it that much, I just don't like too have too many processes running I don't need i.e. dwm.exe, Apache, etc..
gamebox is handy so I don't have my desktop filled with game icons (there would be a ton of them if it weren't for gamebox).
Never had any problems with it either. -
I didn't notive much difference although it's fairly likely that now with the premium theyr gonna make the free version worse and worse. just shell out the 7 bucks for premium it really is worth it.
Or you could just DL a cracked version of the premium.. -

I used to depend on gamebooster to pretty much allow me to play CF, without it the game would be unplayable.
since ESL doesn't allow it I found a new program that I think works even better.
Yeah, I thought the same.
What program may I ask?

They made Advanced system care and it speeds up my pc a little. Its by IoBit and there is a free and premium version and i use the free version. The premium has a lot more features though.
There is a turboboost mode that does exactly what switch to gaming mode does. -

But, I'm from ireland. So I only play on the UK servers. My ping would go from 40-460 when the servers first came out.
But now it's 20-60.
So I need to do a survey and see what's going on with gamebooster and what should suit my CPU best.
If you've had problems with gamebooster you might want to try out programs like GameGain or GameBoost.
They're not that known but I've heard pretty good things from them. Might wanna give them a try. -

I loved the old version. With all the graphical updates, it's lost it's style and it's pride. That obviously doesn't show a sense of intelligence, considering that Game Booster will, apparently, speed your computer up using those type of graphics? no.
