I CANT HEAR a thing....

well i opened the game once and i wasnt able to hear any sounds , no music , nothing at all .... i checked the options .... they are all on and on 100 ... i reinstalled the game.... still no use ..... plus i didnt use any mods at all ... but still i cant hear a thing ..... it just sinks ... plus i can hear stuff on my computer away from CF..... wat should i do???...
