Ribbons (URGENT)

Ok I have a question. A really good question that I really need to be answered. For the ribbons, specifically Gun Collector and Gun Hobbyist, do the starting weapons count? By starting weapons I mean M16 and M700. Also, does your starting knife count? If not, I have a permenent axe; does that count as a weapon? Finally, do grenades count? For example, Grenade, Flash Bang, and Smoke Grenade? I would really apreciate if you answered all of this. I am really confused an don't understand why I dont have these ribbons. Thank you for your efforts and time

Grenades - m16 - m700 - knife don't count but axe hmm not sure.

starter weapons dont count and nades,flash,smoke dont count
