My ping

When I first started CF I had a great ping (39).. about 6 months ago I notice a big spike from 39 to 84.. So I gave up on this game cause of reg.. Thought it was a z8 problem.. I called my provider and told them I was leaving them if they didnt fix it.. They was sending a tech out the next day. they call me back and say line is fine but there is an option to optimize your ping.. They hit it and it knocked my ping back to normal....

Point of thread.. CALL YOUR ISP AND SEE IF THERE IS A PING OPTIMIZE OPTION, for your service..

hmm ya i might, cause my ping just jumped up 25-30 points. im over rnd 112-120 now and reg is just stupid

z8games have always stood by the fact that it is not the game which has caused the change in peoples pings.

This proves that they would seem to be right. Follow in this persons footsteps and see what your ISP can do for you

i get my old NA ping in UK nowadays. aint my isp, we've actually gotten better internet since i started playing.

my 25 was also changed now that 91 to 100

How come i have
20 ping in UK
100 in South America
120 in West Coast
But 2000+ in the canada servers (All servers, every game)

I used to have 90 in canada servers.. ISP/Modem is the same

O_O Anyone have any idea?

The servers are messed up....

UK1 now gives me 39 ping instead of the low 20-ish
UK2 gives me 29 ping instead of 16

used to get 20-30 on this pc,
now get 59-63

used to get 17-21 on other pc,
now i get 27-40 ^_^

ok i might try this, i get like 70 ping and i used to get 25
