A simple thinking

In TDM, if you are a victim of the hackers, and vote keeps fail. Then I suggest you do this if you don't want to play with them.

So you just exit the game, stay in room to prevent other to come in to be ruined (or to give the hacker funs), then you randomly get in and have a peek to keep you from being moved to lobby.

Sometimes the vote failed not because of the opponent want to the hacker's help, it is because your nub teammate would not vote, so let them keep playing with them.

The best situation, if all the players on victim side would quit game and stay in room, the game will ended instantly, and hacker will soon realize there is no fun.

It might be a wrong time to post it, because currently hacker are much less than two weeks ago. But this idea might be efficient if many player did the same way. And no need to depend on any other tools. Remember, before next patch, hacker might outbreak again.
