It was originally for ZP crates but when the RPK-Gold became available, :)gate removed it because their was no point in buying the RPK-Camo because the RPK-Gold had extra 5 bullets per magazine over the RPK-Camo.
Only the gun collectors went after the RPK-Camo when it was available together with RPK-Gold because it was eventually going to be removed.
So in a nutshell, it is no longer obtainable in the game. You'll be lucky to see someone use one.
