Failed to connect to the server

First i opened crossfire saw that they were doing maintenance and waited until they were finished then i tried to load crossfire download new patch loading HGWC the i got "Failed to connect to server : W[2003] L[0]" error. Then i restart the computer load crossifr works fine until the login screen where with out giving me a chance to type it will say Failed to Connect to the Server.


This has never happened before please help me a.s.a.p
