need help

well, i have 13 cupons i want to‘‘exchange‘‘ in mp5 advance, but if i ‘‘exchange‘‘ i lose the coupons for the mp5 and i will be with 4 couspons and i will need to get other coupons again,,,, or if i ‘‘exchange‘‘ i will have the coupons and mp5 adv and if i get more i can have the other items?
