Hackers are everywhere and I'm not crazy enough to report every hacker I've seen in games, but I do report hackers everyday whoever in any of these 2 conditions:

1. Master Sergeant or higher ranks

2. ZP player

cuz those kids are gonna cry more than others if they are banned.

I like your thinking...except that master sargeant or higher get second chances

so if you ban a private, theyre gone forever but the other guy might not be...

There's so many you can barely tell a legit player from a hack nub.

And now that high ranks even Colonel are doing it there is evidently nothing or very little being done about it.

They just don't care any more.

Yup. They really just need to find more in game trustable mods imo bc xtrap doesnt seem to be able to fix most hacks very fast now. If we could ban more accounts, though, the game might get cleaned up. It seems like the biggest barrier to this is the small number of mods, so maybe if we added more...(not me obv, but well known and trusted people.)

Mods have no power in game, other than more reliable contact with GMs, to do anything more than we can do ourselves. Sometimes the most suggested solution is not the one that would solve a problem, in this case throwing more people at it. Back end solutions such as that ignore the reality that prevention is more successful than amelioration. If I run a machine that can grab and skin my arm if I don't wear protective equipment, it won't matter much if I had sixteen doctors standing ready to assist me if I don't take that important step of trying to prevent the injury in the first place.

MODs cannot do anything in game about it. The dont have a "ban" button. they are just like you and me in game.

If you report someone and they see they are hacking its the same consequence no matter rank.

That was just a rumor someone started. You buy zp and you hack... you still get banned.

gm have powers to ban and unban people
mods cant do that they only moderate forums keeping it clean from spammers and who dont respect forums rules

i just heard/read that they are doing 2 hours ban now and then 4 hour then 6 hours.....
if that is true its just a a huge facewall....
